Artyom Minasyan was born in Vedi, Armenia in 1979. He began learning the duduk at the age of 10. After brilliant studies at the Yerevan Komitas Conservatory, he joined the Tatoul Altounian National Orchestra as 1st duduk. From the 2000s, he multiplied concerts and tours in Armenia and abroad (Austria, Mongolia, France...). In 2004, his first recording "Otar amayi tchampeki vra" was released. Since 2007, he has lived in France and continues to perform around the world.
